Mr.
Howard Raymond Mesteth, Jr., born March 21, 1963 at Idaho Falls, Idaho was raised by his parents, Howard and Linda (Red Elk) Mesteth, Sr. He graduated from High School in Idaho Falls, and spent his summers in Rapid City.
Howard met Michelle Janis and the two started a family of four while working manual labor and as a cook in Scottsbluff. In 1998 Howard and his family moved to Norfolk where he worked for Beef America and IBP packing plants. He then returned to working as a cook, for Applebees, Whiskey Creek and other local restaurants.
Howard is survived by his mother, Linda Randall, wife Michelle Janis and their four children, Robert Saracco, Steven (Dakota) Saracco, Melissa Mesteth, and Jeffrie Mesteth, four grandchildren, Christian, Angel, Wyatt, and Kayden, all of Norfolk, six brothers, Michael, Myrle, Arlin, Myron, Theodore, Philip, and three sisters, Sheila, Kathy, Melinda.
He was preceded in death by his father and one sister, Donna
