Howard Lee Phillips, age 49, of Salem, died Saturday, September 10, 2016 at his home. He was born August 16, 1967 in Salem, Ohio, the son of the late Howard L. and Carolyn E. (Shepard) Phillips.
He was a 1985 graduate of South Range High School and was owner and operator of HLP Trucking Company for 15 years.
Survivors include 2 daughters, Ashley Phillips, and Alyx Phillips both of Las Vegas, Nevada; a brother, Jim Phillips of Liberty; a half brother, Bill Dusenberry of Austintown; and several nieces and nephews.
