Howard Magness, 73, passed away on May 24, 2021 at Piedmont Newnan Hospital. Howard was born in Fort Monroe, VA on July 29, 1947 to the late James Robert and Mary Crawford Magness. He was preceded in death by his brother, James R. Magness and brother-in-law, Bill Watson. He is survived by his wife of 31 years, Inez Magness; sisters, Minnie Watson and Omajean Maloney (Sam); sister-in-law, Gloria Magness; son, Bret Magness (Allison); daughters, Leigh Ann Friedrich (Zak), Leslie Thurman (Tyrone), and Amanda Hollingsworth; and grandchildren, Ava, Reed, and Ruby Magness, Isaac and Stella Baylis, Jayda Williams, and Jazmyn and Cedrick Thurman and a host of family and friends.
