He was an animal lover, and his dogs were Buddy, Snooki, and Lyfe; and his cat was Bela.
Mr. Bulpin was born on February 26, 1941, in Wales, UK. He was a graduate of Canton High School in Cardiff, Wales, and Llandaft Techinical College, also in Cardiff, Wales.
