Howard A. Hill, 77, passed away September 28, 2019. He was born on July 1, 1942 in Wheatland IN, the son of Ivan and Helen Haynes Hill. He graduated from Midland High School in 1961. He was a Vietnam War veteran and was a member of the American Legion. He retired from the GM bus and truck division in 1992.
He is survived by his children Daniel Hill and his wife Ann of Vincennes and Michelle Kuykendall of Indianapolis, IN. His step-children Sis Harrell, of Plainfield, IN and Robert Nicholas of Indianapolis, IN. His grandchildren Danielle Hill, Brittany Snider, Ashley Marshall, Amber Leal, Nicholas Hill, and Marty McMahan, and 8 great-grandchildren. His brother Herbert Hill of Mooresville, IN and a sister, Peggy Palmer of Indianapolis, IN also survives.
He was preceded in death by his wife Mary-Lou Steel Hill. His parents, a son Randy Jo Hill, a step-son Wade Nicholas, a brother Robert Hill and a sister Sona Hill.
