Howard Arthur Darnell, 53, of Aurora, Colorado, passed away on December 15, 2019 after a long illness.
Howard was born on April 17th to Linda Darnell in Omaha Nebraska. After graduating from SEMCO in 1984, he joined the U.S. Army Reserves and went on to study Communications at Iowa State University, receiving a Bachelor’s degree.
During his years in school he rode in many of the first years of RAGBAI, Register’s Annual Great Bicycle Ride Across Iowa. Howard continued that love of biking into College and beyond.
