Horace E. Treadwell, age 90, Middlebury Loop, New Smyrna Beach, died Saturday at Bert Fish Medical Center. Born in Greensboro, Georgia, Mr.
Mr. Treadwell served with the United States Coast Guard, both active duty and in the reserves, for 34 years.
He is survived by his wife, Jacqueline; a son, Kenneth of Wellington, Florida; a daughter, Barbara Ann Lowe of New Smyrna Beach;3 step-sons, Walter Alan Schultz of Portsmouth, Virginia, Paul C. Schultz of Lake Worth, and Barry J. Schultz of New Smyrna Beach; 3 sisters, Virginia Pedonti of Daytona Beach, Helena Concannon of New Smyrna Beach, and Ann Simmons of Oak Hill; and 5 grandchildren, Andrew Treadwell of Port St. Lucie, Raymond and Kimberly Treadwell of Washington, D.C.
