Okeechobee – Hobart Allen Tennyson died November 10, 2021. He was born November 1, 1941, in Pensacola. He proudly served our country in the United States Marine Corps. A resident of Okeechobee for 26 years, he enjoyed NASCAR, Westerns, football, motorcycles, and the Marine Corps.
Mr. Tennyson was preceded in death by his wife of 16 years, Phyllis; mother, Doris Clements Gantt; father, Harold Watson; and brother, Sonny Riley.
He is survived by his daughter, Karina Roos Martinez (Nilo), of Sebring; grandchildren, Sage and Atticus; sisters, Linda Carvalis (Leo), of Pensacola, Florida, and Betsie Snoey, of Snohomish, Washington; nephew, Nicholas (Cherie); niece, Christina (Josh); great-nephew, Christian, all of Pensacola, Florida; cousins, Gerald Smith, David Watson, Wynn Smith, and Hayward Clements; and his French Bulldog, Roscoe.
