He was preceded in death by her parents, Gordon and Lillis Brackett Cochran; his wife of 63 years, Ella Mosley Cochran; brothers, Delmer Cochran, Cecil Cochran, Lloyd Cochran, Leonard Cochran, Bob Cochran; sisters, Genevieve Ellis, Minnie Ruth Hollis, Myrtle Franks and brother in law, Bill Wells. He is survived by his son and daughter in law, Cecil “Ernie” and Angela Cochran of Dalton; sisters and brother in law, Bertha Wells of Dalton, Betty and Ronald Jones of Dalton; and grandson, Josh Cochran of Dalton; sister in laws, Betty Cochran and Frances Cochran; and many nieces and nephews who he loved.
