Those who are grieving from his loss include his wife of 10 years, Rita of Oak Hill; stepmother Audrey Rowan of Sneads, Florida, son Michael, Jr. of New Smyrna Beach; daughter Stephanie Blackburn and husband John, of New Smyrna Beach; sons Angelo Amendolare and wife Debbie of Edgewater, Dominick Amendolare and wife Tammy of New Smyrna Beach, and Peter Amendolare and wife Laurie of Jacksonville; brothers Kerry Rowan of Baker, Florida; Steve Bowen of Oak Hill, Richard Rowan of California and Curtis Rowan of Marianna, Florida; sisters Melissa Owens of Grand Ridge, Florida; Linda Wilson of Malone, Florida and Traci Rowan of Billings, Montana; 9 grandchildren, Sage, Beau, Jack, Angelo, Alyssa, Jessica, Brandon, Peter and Michael.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Della Chrystal Bowen, and father Herman Rowan. Thank you Honey, Dad and Papa for all the time, memories, and life lessons that we will carry with us forever and pass on to the next generation.
