Hank was born to Jens Jorgen Jensen and Hanna Lamphear on April 21, 1929, in Harrison, WI. He attended Waupaca High School, Waupaca, WI receiving a 10th grade education and chose a career as the owner and operator of a trucking business.
Hank served in United States Air Force Squadron C, 509th Airdrome Group, discharged 01/08/1948 earning World War II Victory Medal and The American Theater Ribbon. A member of The American Legion, Sterling CO 1995; Alma Grace Community Church 2000 – 2020, Hank enjoyed gardening, fishing and attending family gatherings.
Preceding him in death were his spouse, mother, father, sisters Bernice Singer and Deloris Myhra, and brothers, Ben Jensen and John Jensen.
Hank is survived by his sons Michael David Jensen (Jan) and Dennis Edward Cody of Aurora CO, Daniel Joseph Jensen (Pam) of Denver CO, Ned Christian Jensen (Joetta) of Tulsa OK, Step Daughter Joan Kay Wells (John) of Alma NE, Step Sons Bill Cecil Fundenburger (Jewelene) of Arvada CO, and Floyd Dean Fundenburger of CO, nieces Deborah Singer Binzen of Plainfield, IL, Jenny Ellie of WI, nephews Dan Singer of WI, Gary Myhra, Donald Myhra, and Ed Myhra – all of CA, 19 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren, and 9 great-great-grandchildren, with three additional on the way.
