Herbert R. Spicer, Sr., 81, of Toms River, NJ passed away on Sunday, April 5, 2020. Born in Staten Island, NY, he lived there before moving to Toms River 30 years ago. He proudly served his country in the US Air Force during the Vietnam War and then established a career as a Clerk for the United States Postal Service in Manhattan, NY.
He is preceded in death by his parents Thomas and Irene (Harris), as well as several brothers and sisters. Herbert is survived by his beloved wife Sandra (Mujica), four sons; Ricky, Russell, Michael, and Herbert Jr., four daughters; Karrie, Yolanda, Frances, and Maria, his sisters Irene Cooper and Charlotte Cooper, 29 grandchildren, and 20 great grandchildren all whom filled his life with love.
