It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that we tell of Herbert Lee Rose, 81, a long-time resident of Waldron Ar. went to be with the Lord on February 24, 2022.
Herbert was born on May 7th 1940 in Boles Ar. to the late Luke Rose and Alma Vines Rose.

Herbert went to grade school in Boles Ar. After Herbert finished 8th grade he moved to Little Rock Ar. to work for a tree trimming service to help provide for his family.
Herbert set a Christ like example for all of his family and friends. He was known for always making sure others were taken care of, no matter the cost to him. He was willing to lend a hand and made sure to spread the gospel any chance that he could.

He married the love of his life Patricia Newborn on June 27, 1965. They spent their first few years of marriage in Lepanto Ar. Later they moved back to Waldron Ar., where together they purchased Rose Trailer Park. Herbert worked at the Waldron Furniture Factory and also hauled pulpwood.
