Herbert John Wolf, 53, of Great Falls, passed away July 30, 2018 at his home when a fire broke out and Herbert selflessly attempted to save his dog “Jake” who had crawled to hide under a bed.
Herbert was born on April 25, 1965 in Rockford, IL to Herbert and Sharron Wolf. He was raised in Montana and worked as an electrician for 35 years. Work was very important to him, it was said he never missed day or an opportunity to help a friend in need. For the last 20+ years he had worked for Cascade Electric as a journeyman electrician.
Herbert was an outdoorsman who loved hunting, camping and fishing.
Survivors include his mother, and brothers, Bennett E. Wolf Jr. and Robert Thomas Wolf Sr.
