He was a member of Sacred Heart Church in New Britain, CT.A loving husband, father and grandfather he leaves his wife Maria; two sons: Arkadiusz Petlik and his wife Joanna of Bristol, CT and Robert Petlik and his wife Ania of Burlington, CT; his daughter Agnieszka Petlik of New Britain, CT; his grandchildren: Natalia, Sebastian, Mateusz, Marysia & Gabrysia Petlik.
