On May I, I957, a warrior was born to the late Sarah Hanna Caldwell and the late Henry Hemingway, II in Myrtle Beach South Carolina. Henry Ricky Hemingway III surrendered to the battle as God called him home on Monday, September 4, 2023.
He attended Myrtle Beach High School where he and Michael Brown became legends and lifelong best friends. He later moved to St. Petersburg, Florida where learned the art of stucco and construction starting up his very own legacy that spread all the way back to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina where he laid his abundance of knowledge upon many. Henry was a very loving man, to know him was to love him. Whether you knew him as “Fat Belly”, “Kaboog”, “Slick”, “Rick” or “Daddy”, you received unconditional love.
Henry was preceded in death by his parents, Sarah Hanna Caldwell and Henry Hemingway, II; his step-father, Albert Caldwell; his sisters, Constance Hemingway, Carrie Hemingway, and Linda McNeil; his brothers Leon Hemingway and Darius Hemingway, and a daughter, Nigeria McDonald.
