He was a carpenter at the Carpenters Union in Chicago Heights for over 25 years. He attended St. Liborius Catholic church in Steger, IL.
Henry is survived by his loving children; Edward (Deanna) Polletta DeMotte, IN; James (Mary) Polletta, Bargersville, IN. Daughter-in-law, Robin Polletta, Michigan. 10 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild. Proceded in death by his Wife: Betty Polletta, Parents; a son, David Polletta, and Brothers Joesph, Tony, and Ralph Polletta.
