Henry Lee Gaccetta passed away at Lutheran hospital in Wheat ridge, CO on October 19, 2021 at the age of 65. He was born in Denver, CO and graduated from Ranum High School in 1974. At the age of 25, Henry married Wanda Welch and they later had two sons. He worked as a food transportation driver and supervisor at Sysco Foods and UNFI for over 40 years.
Henry loved camping, fishing, and cooking for family and friends. He is survived by his wife, Wanda, their sons, Vincent, Domonic, daughter-in-law Diana, his brother, Larry, sister-in-law, Noreen, and their children, Amy Boyer and Jeremy. He is also survived by many loved cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Donald and Penny.
The family wishes to send a heartfelt “thank you” to the cardiac ICU staff at Lutheran hospital, and specifically Dr. Brants, Nurses Katie, Michael, Jen, and Angie, for their outstanding and compassionate care and for crying with us when Henry was called home.
