Henry K. McKinney Henry Kelso McKinney, 83, of Chattanooga, passed away Tuesday, November 1, 2005 in a local hospital. Mr. McKinney was a native of Chattanooga, graduated from McCallie School and attended the University of Tennessee. He served as a Captain in World War II in the Army Air Corps in the Pacific Theatre.
