Henry H. Saylor, age 91 of Galion died Thursday, March 9, 2017 at Woodside Village Care Center. He was born on March 13, 1925 in Wallins Creek, KY to the late John and Angie (Scott) Saylor. Henry had been a Crane Operator at HPM. He was a member of the United Mine Workers. He enjoyed buying and selling antiques. On September 28, 1969, Henry married his second wife, Betty Kathryn (Campo) Saylor in Edison, OH and she preceded him in death. Henry is survived by his children: Hayes (Ginny) Saylor of Grove City, Walter Saylor of Marion, Sue Bartley of Grove City, Linda (Jon) Carpenter of Grove City, and Anna (James) Rogers of TX; grandchildren they raised, Earl and Henry Saylor; step-children: Barbara Kitzmiller of Galion and Steven (Jeni) Wirick of North Robinson; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. In addition to his wife and parents, Henry was preceded in death by a son, Earl Saylor, step-son, Gary Wirick, brother Hayes Saylor, sisters Ora Stockton and Clara Blanton, and first wife, Judy Slusher.
