Mr. Eizenga is survived by his wife Dolores Eizenga nee Alderink; six children: Georgia (James) Eizenga-Worstell, Carl (Judith) Eizenga, Jeffrey (Kristin) Eizenga, Douglas (Lori) Eizenga, Yvonne (Michael) Elliott, and Dale (Heather) Eizenga; 13 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; two brothers: Clarence (Carroll) Eizenga and Charles (Sue) Eizenga.
He was preceded in death by his sister Charlotte (late Simon) Dykshorn.
