Henry Franklin Thompson, retired Fabricator with Glen L. Martin for 43 years, World War II Veteran, serving in the Pacific on the USS Amesbury, peacefully passed away January 5, 2014 at 93 of pleural-mesothelioma. He was preceded in death by his parents, Froney and Catherine; brother, Albert; sister, Lillian; son, Bud; and grandson, PK. He is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Lorraine; son, Henry; daughters, Geraldine and Charlene; 12 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and several great-great grandchildren.
