Helene Cowan Taylor., age 84, of Stratford and formerly of Milford, died June 26, 2009 in her home. She was the wife of the late Charles R. Taylor. Born on March 16, 1925, in New Rochelle N.Y., daughter of the late Francis and Mildred Mager Cowan Sr. Mrs. Taylor was a secretary for David Floyd Insurance of Orange for several years. She also worked for the Milford Driving School.
