Helen Virginia Fike, 88, of Grafton formerly of Salem, passed away Friday, April 13, 2012 at United Hospital Center with family by her side. She was born October 28, 1923, in Greenwood, WV, daughter of the late William and Ida Owens Forrester. She was married to Robert Randolph Fike whom preceded her in death in January 24, 1998. Helen is survived by three children, Gary L Fike and wife Karen of Forest Hill, MD; Robert A Fike of Rising Sun, MD; Terry D Fike of Palm City, FL; three grandchildren, Shain Fike of NY; April Fike of KY; Christopher Fike of MD; four great grandchildren, Joshua, Sarah, Jacob and Aidan; two sisters, Winona Gain of Grafton; Kay Colony of Pittsburgh, PA; numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by one son, David W Fike and a granddaughter, Dawn Marie Knight.
