Helen Taylor passed away on March 16, 2018 with family by her side.
Helen was born in February of 1934 in New Castle, Indiana to parents Henry and Lora Taylor. She was the oldest of four children which included sister Ruth, brother Bill, and sister Bernice.
Helen graduated from Sandy High School in Oregon Helen married and started a family, having 5 children; Diane, Suzie, Betty, Lora, and James She later divorced and moved to Boise, Idaho in 1975. She began working at the Boise Police Department and then moved to the new Ada County Public Safety building. She worked in the property/evidence department until she retired in 1987. Her two public

Helen is survived by her children; Diane Ross of Bellingham, Washington, Suzie (David) Vauk of Nampa, Idaho; Betty Hutchings of Boise, Idaho; Lora (Skip) Shallanberger of New Plymouth: Idaho; and James (Karen)Taylor of Chico, California; four grandchildren; Valerie Kennedy, Keith (Shannon) Kennedy: Sue (Nick) Hill and Keeley Taylor along with 6 great grandchildren.
