Helen (Szymovicz) Pantenburg, 89, of Oglesby, passed away Thursday, August 9, 2018 at Aperion Care, Marseilles. Mrs. Pantenburg was born on May 23, 1929 in Peru to Joseph and Eva (Jakubek) Szymovicz. She married Ralph Pantenburg. Helen was employed by Westclox, Peru for more than 30 years.
She was a member of the Peru American Legion. She is survived by her three sons, Dale Pantenburg of Oglesby, Gary Pantenburg of Iowa and Ray Pantenburg of Hennepin; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren and one sister, Mary Hybke of Peru. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.
