Helen N. Blaschke, 96, of Bristol, widow of Kenneth G. Blaschke, died Sunday, June 22, 2008, at the Countryside Manor Health Care Center.
She was born June 1, 1912 in Terryville, daughter of the late Wladyslaw and Julianna (Kantorski) Majewski. A resident of Bristol most of her life, Helen had worked at local factories in the area for many years and was a member of St.
She is survived by her three sons, Robert W. Blaschke and his wife, Emily of Carthage, NY, Richard J. Blaschke, Sr. of Bristol, and David A. Blaschke and his wife, Sandra of Terryville; ten grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren, nine great-great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her two sons and daughters-in-law, William Blaschke, Kenneth Blaschke and his wife, Peg, and Richard’s wife, Genevieve Blaschke. She was also predeceased by her sister, Genevieve Spielman.
