Helen M. (Morgan) Wolfe, 95, long time resident of Kensington, passed away peacefully on Saturday August 13, 2011 surrounded by her family. She was the loving wife of the late Joseph Wolfe. Born in Plainville on May 4, 1916, she was the daughter of the late James and Bessie (Miller) Morgan.
Helen was a loving aunt to everyone in the family. She had many interests such as cooking, baking cakes, gardening and was an avid artist and seamstress. She shared her numerous skills with many. She always stayed active and strived to learn anything new and interesting.
As education was very important to her, this included attending Charter Oak Community College at the age of 51. Her passion was art, and she belonged to the Plainville Art League for over 40 years, where she had many friends. Her love was boundless. She will be dearly missed by all.
She leaves her sister-in-law Louise Morgan; many beloved nieces and nephews; and a host of friends who loved her dearly. She was predeceased by her siblings William Morgan and Robert Morgan and his wife Theresa.
