Helen L. Jackson passed away on July 24, 2013 in Mesa, Arizona.
Helen was the daughter of Guy and Hester Giberson. She married Charles P. Jackson on January 16, 1945 in Marion, Arkansas. Charles preceded her in death November 25, 1954.
Also, preceding her in death are her sister Velma “Happy” Grasher and Velma’s husband Joe in 2009, and her brother-in-law Terry Torrence in 2006. Helen leaves her daughter and son-in-law, Vicki and Tom Rogers, step-son David L. Jackson, sister Pat Torrence, 3 grandchidlren Richard Rogers, Brooks Rogers, and his wife Julie, and Maria Rue and her husband Louie, 3 great grandchildren Joshua, Courtney, Kailani, as well as many loving nieces and nephews. Helen operated a beauty salon in Salem, Illinois for 30 years, before moving to Arizona in October 1980, where she retired.
She was a member of Gateway Fellowship Baptist Church.
