Helen K. Yost, 83, of Allentown, passed away peacefully, Mon, May 7th in her home, surrounded by her loving family.
Married for 54 years, she was the wife of Julius J. Yost, Jr.
Born in Glascow, Scotland she was the daughter of the late Alex and Sarah (Kennedy) Lafferty.
She was a seamstress in the Allentown area for a number of years before retiring.
Helen was an active member at the University Parish of Holy Ghost, Bethlehem, where she enjoyed volunteering her time making noodles and helping with the Ladies Auxiliary.
She was also a member of the Rosary Club, NY.
Helen enjoyed polka dancing with her husband.
Surviving with her husband, daughters, Phyllis, wife of Bruce Hageter of Bethlehem and Julie, wife of Richard Rogers of Allentown; grandchildren, David, Brenda, John, Rosemarie, Sarah;
great-granddaughter, Brielle; brother, John Lafferty of London, England.
