Helen J. Deubler, 101, passed away on July 14, 2023 at 7:21pm at VanCrest in Delphos. She was born on April 25, 1922 in Manchester, NH., the daughter of Azarie and Edna(Demers) Etue. On December 1, 1946, she married Robert K. Deubler, and he preceded her in death on April 29,1982.

Helen was a US Military Veteran of the Womens Army Corps, or WAC, in WW2. She retired in 1979 from Excello/Airfoil Textron, as an Inspector. She loved to gamble, and go to dinner at the VFW 1275, and FOE 370. She’s remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother as well. Her family was very important to her. She was extremely intelligent and kept her sharp mind until the end of her long and fruitful life. She was a parishioner of St. Charles Borromeo Parish in Lima, and her faith sustained her.

Helen is survived by her 3 sons: Robert K. Deubler Jr., Gregory G. Deubler, and David L. Deubler, and a daughter: Janice (Ed) Grant. She had 7 grandchildren: Jennifer (Zane) Fitzpatrick, Angela (Ron) Ring, Elizabeth Ann “Liz” (George) Hylton, Aimee Bryant, and Michele Aby. She had 19 great-grandchildren and a few great-great-grandchildren. Helen was preceded in death by her sister; Doris Marchiolo, two grandchildren: Dave Deubler and Rob Deubler, and a grandson-in-law, Robert Bryant.
