Helen Irene Jackson, age 95, peacefully went home with the Lord August 9, 2020.
Helen was born May 10, 1925 to Charles and Mary Ellen Flick. She married Kent Jackson Feb 7, 1943 who preceded her in death in 1983. Helen and Kent resided in Jerome, where they raised their 2 sons.
Helen is survived by her 2 sons and their wives; Doug and Vicky Jackson and Dennis and Loretta Jackson.
In addition, Helen leaves behind six Grandchildren Jennifer Jackson – Kim and husband Dan, Kimra Rich and husband Marshal, Derek Jackson and wife Heather, Tyler Jackson and wife Caitlin, Shellie Mick and husband Michael and Randy Jackson and wife Lenette.
Eight Great Grandchildren, Aaron Mick, Taushlyn Mick, Kiya Jackson, Keira Jackson, Maxwell Rich, Declan Rich, Esther Jackson and Elijah Jackson.
Helen loved bowling and was on a bowling league in Jerome for fifty years. She also loved to square dance. She and Kent belonged to Buttons and Bows Square Dance Club where they would call dances and teach Round dancing. Now Helen and Kent can have that last dance together.
Helen resided in Jerome until 2013, at that time due to her health conditions her family brought her to Nampa where she resided at Park Place Assisted Living Community until she passed away.
