Helen Glenn-Wightman, formerly of Rochester, NY, went home to be with the Lord on January 22, 2022, just shy of her 100th birthday.
Helen was a special lady, loved by all who knew her. She was known as Nana and Nanny and the best great-grandmother in the world.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Errol and Hannah Peterson; sister, Vera (Gus) Carlson and two wonderful husbands, George Glenn and Ted Wightman.
Helen is survived by her loving daughter, Diane (Barry) Lawrence; cherished granddaughters, Stefanie (Robert) Sierk and Holly (Patrick) Kinney; much loved great-grandchildren, Tristen, Abby, Ethan, Jacob, Joseph, Sarah, Katherine and Michael; step-great-granddaughters, Kiley and Lexi.
