Helen G. Pfleegor, 95, of 1201 Rural Avenue, died Sunday, May 31, 2009 at Rose View Center where she had been a resident for the past six years.
Helen’s husband, Paul S. Pfleegor, died on Dec. 22, 1987.
Helen had worked for Wundies and the former Glamorize Company. She enjoyed baking and fishing very much.
Born April 26, 1914 in Shrewsbury Township, Sullivan County, she was the daughter of Harvey and Carry M. Edkin Crawley.
Surviving are sons, Fred E. Hoover of Williamsport, Terry E. Hoover of Cogan Station, James H. Hoover in Virginia and Robert R. Hoover of Williamsport; brothers, Emory Crawley of Trout Run, George Crawley of Roaring Branch and Harvey Crawley in Mexico; sisters, Leona of Williamsport and Ruth of Montoursville; eleven grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren.
