Helen E. Morgan, age 92, passed away on Tuesday, October 6, 2015. Born in Chicago, Illinois, on November 21, 1922, she was the daughter of Julius and Clara Berndt Skalski. She had one brother, Herbert, who was born April 19, 1916, and an adopted daughter, Nancy Morgan. She grew up in Oak Lawn, Illinois. Helen married Albert “Bud” David Morgan on September 3, 1942. Bud and Helen moved to Texas in 1991 to enjoy their retirement. Preceded in death by her parents, husband, Bud, on February 1, 2005, daughter, Nancy, on September 22, 2012, Helen is survived by her niece, Marsha Griffis; nephew, Richard Skalski; second cousin, Jim Steele and his wife, Kathi.
