Helen Deborah Kremer, 64, of Horseshoe Bend, Arkansas, passed away on Tuesday, March 31, 2020 at her home in Horseshoe Bend.

She was born in Bremerhaven, West Germany, on November 26, 1955. Helen was the daughter of the late Richard and Ella (Dahlgren) Knowles. She was united in marriage to Nicholas Aaron Kremer on May 18, 1985 in Charleston, South Carolina. Helen served our country in the United States Navy for 20 years and then worked for the Forestry Department for 18 years before retiring. She enjoyed jogging, gardening and studying health and nutrition. Helen was a member of Light in the Wilderness Church in Ash Flat, Arkansas.

Helen is survived by her husband, Nicholas Kremer of Horseshoe Bend, Arkansas; son, Nathan Kremer of Wichita, Kansas; daughter, Nicole Goodspeed (Marcus) of Denver, Colorado; brother, Mark Knowles (Eileen) of Jacksonville, Florida; sister, Karin Knowles (Don MacEwen) of Bristow, Virginia and one grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Ella Knowles.
