Helen, a native of Leakesville, MS and longtime resident of Mobile, AL, passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 18, 2018.
Helen is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 68 years, Walter (Preacher) Frye; three daughters Cynthia Pugh, Beverly Shumock (Mike), and Jeanie Shumock (Mark); five grandchildren Chris Howard (Laura), Stephanie Hoffner (Ben), Kristin Koger (Charles), Emily Meador (William), and Jeremy Brownlee (KC); eleven great-grandchildren, as well as other family and many friends.
