Ms. Helen E. Belmer was a native of Kissimmee, Florida and a resident of Tampa for over 50 years. She was educated in the public schools of Hillsborough County and was a graduate of Chamberlain High School. Ms. Belmer was employed as a Clerk II with the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Courts.
She leaves to cherish her memory: her sons, Darius Miller (LaShawn) and Demetrius Miller (Toya); father, Kary Belmer, Jr.
