Heather was born on April 1, 1980, at Andrews Air Force Base, Camp Springs, Maryland. She was the daughter of Christopher Cable of Pierce and Judy (Jones) Green of Plainview. She was primarily raised in Northern Virginia and graduated from Manassas Park High School.
On August 20, 2005, Heather married Seth Rivest at Sackets Harbor, NY. The couple moved from Manassas, VA to Norfolk, NE in April of 2009, where they were home health providers for developmentally disabled adults.
She is survived by her husband, Seth Rivest; two children: Gage Cable-Rose (17) and Piper Rivest (5); two brothers, James Florine of Norfolk and Ian Cable-Cheval of Pierce; niece, Ashley Florine and nephew, Michael Florine; her mother, Judy Green; grandmothers Dorothy Cable of Tiverton, RI and Ruth Randle of Madison; as well as a large extended family.
She was preceded in death by her grandfathers Harold Cable and Tom Jones, as well as her grandmother Winnie (Jones) Stratton.
