Hazel Kelley Myers, age 98, a resident of Kendalia, passed away on Friday, March 17, 2006. Born in Austin, Texas on August 30, 1907, she was the daughter of Henry Powell and Minnie Andrews Kelley. Hazel loved the Texas Hill country and the family ranch in Kendalia. She also loved reading and was an active supporter of the Kendalia Public Library. Preceded in death by her parents and loving husband William Bell Myers, Hazel is survived by her daughters, Billy H. Lux and May B. Kneupper, six grandchildren, nineteen great grandchildren, and eithteen great great grandchildren.
