Williamsport- Hazel May White,83, of Williamsport, Maryland died peacefully among family after a brief battle with cancer onThursday, December 30, 2010 at Greater Baltimore Medical Center Towson, Maryland.

Born, September 11, 1927 in Bedford County, PA to the late William Alfred and Bernice Elizabeth Crites Borror.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Leonard Kemp in the 50’s.

She was a graduate of Allegany High School Cumberland, Maryland.

Hazel held several jobs in the Cumberland Area during her career, the last one being a switchboard operator at Potomac Edison.

She was a very active member of Williamsport Methodist Church. She also was a member of the Adult Fellowship.

She was a member of Potomac Garden Club Williamsport, MD, Woodmen of the World Sorority Cumberland Chapter and Potomac Edison 4 Runners Club.

Daughter: Donna E.W. Hallengren of Timonium, MD

Sister: Ruth Kifer of Clearville, PA

Sister: Hilda Abe of Cumberland, MD

Sister: Betty Brodbeck of New Oxford, PA

Sister: Opal Wolf of York, PA

Brother: Earl Borror of York, PA

Brother: Harold Borror of Pittsburgh, PA

Brother: Brenton Borror of McVeytown, PA

Grandchildren: Kelsey Laine Hallengren and Karson Drew Hallengren of Timonium, MD

Numerous nieces and nephews

She was predeceased by one brother Kelly Borror and three half brothers, Cletus Borror, Curtis Borror and Paul Borror.
