Hazel Darr Davis, 85, of Troutman passed away on Tuesday, April 23, 2013 at Iredell Memorial Hospital in Statesville.
She was born in Iredell County on October 5, 1927 to the late Sallie Murdock and William Alva Darr. She was a graduate of Troutman High School and Mitchell Community College and retired as a legal secretary from Raymer, Lewis & Eisele in Statesville.
She is survived by her daughter, Linda Kay Davis; and her sister, Thelma Darr Edwards.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Wesley Davis; daughter, Alice Susan Davis; son, John Keith Davis; two sisters and three brothers.
