Tate also proudly served his country in the United States deceased is survived by: his wife – Ruth Lumpkin Tate of Picayune MS; his daughter – Debbie Steve Tate Carter of Picayune MS; his grandchildren – Darin Carter and Chris Penny Carter; his great-grandchildren – Allie Hayes and Ethan Carter; one brother – Billy Tate of Houston TX; his sister-in-law – Rosemary Tate; and several nieces and deceased is preceded in death by: his parents – Eastman Rankin Tate and Virginia Dossett Tate.
