Hayward G “Junie” Cross Jr., 68 of Washington Street, Grafton, passed away, Tuesday, November 22, 2011 at home. He was born in Grafton, February 14, 1943, son of the late, Hayward G Cross Sr. and Ruth Lucille Sansbury Cross. Junie is survived by his wife of 43 years, Ronda J Stevens Cross; three children, Deana M Robinson and companion David Shields, Jason G Cross and companion Jennifer Royce, and Megan N Cross all of Grafton; seven grandchildren, Dustin A, Destiny P and Dakota D Robinson, Montana S Sheets, Georgia R, Kaylee R and Gage G Cross; one brother, William W Cross and wife Linda, Tampa, FL. He graduated from Grafton High School and was in the US Army.
