Hatttie was a cook and a homemaker. She was a member of the Anderson Chapter Order of Eastern Star #154 and Eagles Lodge.
She is survived by her two brothers: Jake & wife Daisy Wells of Grayson, Kentucky and Rick Wells of Chesterfield. Two sisters: Della Hall of Grayson, Kentucky and Bernice Kyle of South Bend. Two Grandsons: Jameson R. Miller and Jonathon Miller, both of Muncie. Three Great Grandchildren, all of Muncie; Adopted Son: Dan & wife Carlene Sheward of Anderson; Three Adopted Grand-kids and Four Adopted Great Grand-kids. Several Nieces & Nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband whom she married in 1950: Russell Kouns who passed away in 1987. Parents: Allen & Madge Leadingham Wells. Daughter: Russella Turpin. Brother: Talmadge Wells. Sister: Geraldine Aynes.
