Harvey Randall “Randy” Douglas, age 54, a native of Odessa, TX and resident of Eight Mile, died Sunday, Jan. 19, 2014 in a local hospital. He is survived by his mother, Dorothy (Rudolph) Cochran, two brothers, Tim (Frances) Douglas and Ricky (Vickie) Douglas, a step sister, Brenda Smith, a nieces, Brandy Douglas, a nephew, Ed Douglas, and his best friend, Scooter, and other relatives.
