Harvey Glyn Holloway passed away at the Skyline Nursing Home in Canon City, CO on May 18, 2013. He was born October 29, 1923 at home on Glade Park, later moving to town where he graduated from Grand Junction High School. “Glyn” was a loving husband and father who will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Glyn is survived by his wife Marie (Donna); they were married on Feb 19, 1943 and had just celebrated their 70th anniversary. He departed a few days after their marriage to serve his country during WWII in Europe receiving the Silver Star and later the Purple Heart during action in the Battle of the Bulge.
