Muncie-Harvey C. Schneider, 73, passed away Friday evening, October 28, 2011, at his residence following and extended illness. He was born, November 28, 1937 in, Muncie the son of Harvey G. Schneider and Zora and Claude Marine.
Mr. Schneider is a Muncie Central High School Graduate. Harvey married the love of his life, Marilyn Jayne (Youngblood) Schneider on July 21, 1955 in Muncie.
Besides his wife of 56yrs., Jayne, he is survived by a daughter, Sharon Barr (husband-Jim), Muncie; two sons, Dewayne Schneider (wife-Cindy), Benson, North Carolina and Joe Schneider (wife-Cinda), Gaston; six grandchildren, Dewayne Schneider II, Harvey Schneider and Janena J. Schneider (companion-Anthony Jones) all of Benson, North Carolina, Nicholas Schneider, Muncie, Travis and Emma Schneider both of Gaston; four great grandchildren, Dewayne Schneider III, Harvey Schneider II, Anthony Jones and Analeigh Zora Jones.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother Butch Stuby.
