Harry Otto Weaver Jr., 85 of Indianapolis passed away at his residence on September 18, 2021. He was born March 5, 1936 in Beech Grove, Indiana to the late Harry Otto Weaver Sr. and Pauline (Ransdale) Weaver. On September 13, 1953 he married his loving wife Marilyn J. (Shimp) Weaver. They recently celebrated 68 years of marriage just five days prior to his passing. Harry was known as “Sonny” to family and friends and as “Red” during his career as a carpenter. He worked the bulk of his career for Wilson-Blazek Construction.
Harry is survived by his loving wife Marilyn; children Tami Still (Jeff), Wendy Askin (Bob), Jody Bleier (John), Lindsey Green and Harry “Chip” Weaver (Jennifer “Rip”); nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; Harry was preceded in passing by his parents and his sisters Sarah Browning and Mary Adeline Spurlin.
