Harry Franklin Carnes, 71, Fairmont, passed away with his loving family by his side on Sunday April 17, 2016.
He was born in Grafton on April 22, 1944, a son of the late Harry Carnes and Helen Marie Hurst.
Harry owner and operated his own Construction Company. He loved to Bowl and Golf. He was a member of the Fairmont VFW Post 629.
He is survived by his wife; Sharon Snider Carnes, three children; Joseph Snider and his wife Lisa, Flemington, Richard Carnes and his wife Mary, Hagerstown, MD., and Amie Carpenter and Todd, 8 Grandchildren and 7 Great-Grandchildren, three sisters; Donetta Courtney and husband Blair, Grafton, Lorna Shuttlesworth and husband Darrell, Morgantown, Mary Hardman and Randy, Anmoore, two sisters-in-laws, Kim Carnes, Salem, and Donna Snider, Fairmont, and a special nephew, Andy Snider Close friend, Larry Twardzak, Grafton, and his very special Dog T.J. and Cat Boo-Ker.
In addition to his parents, Harry was preceded in death by one brother, William Carnes.
